2. About Amrita Chords

Amrita Chords – Bhajan Clubbing is an initiative of Ayudh (Awaken Youth; Unite for Dharma), the youth wing of Mata Amritanandamayi Math, using the power of young people to perpetuate natural harmony, social justice, and personal empowerment through devotional music, cultural events, and community service. Our platform facilitates event registrations, volunteer coordination, and related activities.

3. Event Registration

• Registrations are subject to availability. We reserve the right to close registrations, move registrants to a waitlist, or cancel events at our discretion.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. Providing false information may result in cancellation of your registration.
• Event passes, QR codes, or tickets issued to you are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your attendance at our events. You attend at your own risk.

4. Volunteer Participation

• Volunteering with Amrita Chords is entirely voluntary. No compensation is provided for volunteer services.
• We reserve the right to accept or decline volunteer applications and to discontinue a volunteer's participation at any time.
• Volunteers are expected to uphold the values of the organization and behave respectfully toward all participants and community members.
• By submitting a volunteer application, you consent to us contacting you via the communication channels you provided for volunteer coordination purposes.

5. Communications

By registering or volunteering, you consent to receive communications from us via email and WhatsApp regarding your registration, event updates, and volunteer activities. You may opt out at any time by contacting us. Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply to WhatsApp communications.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and event materials — is the property of Amrita Chords or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Photographs & Media

By attending our events, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional, educational, or archival purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any media, please notify an organizer at the event.

8. Limitation of Liability

Amrita Chords and its organizers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in our events. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to register for the relevant event.
